ROYAL YOUTH TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions before enrolling your child

  • Fees paid in cash must be received in a sealed envelope with student’s name and amount clearly enclosed clearly written on the front. Please ensure you provide the correct amount of money
  • Invoices not paid by due date will have all discounts removed and a surcharge of 10% unless an exceptional circumstance has been discussed with the Director
  • As our classes are fixed, fees remain payable in cases of absence. There are no reductions for sickness and holidays
  • Children should arrive promptly, correctly dressed and attend classes regularly
  • Children under 8years old are not allowed to leave the classes unless accompanied by an adult
  • Please inform the teacher of any injuries before class
  • It is important to drink fluids at regular intervals during physical exercise, please pack water for your child
  • Students are not permitted to bring food into the class or chew gum once in class
  • Royal Youth Services do not accept the responsibility for items that are lost although anything we find will be placed in lost property
  • Fees are non-refundable
  • Parents are not permitted to watch classes except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the director. Such circumstances should be discussed with the director prior to the class
  • Students are not permitted to use mobile phones during class. Any mobile phone brought into class must be placed on silent or switched off
  •  Photographs and videos of students may be taken and used for promotion and on social media by Royal Youth. If you do not give permission for your child photo to be taken please email Royal Youth so that we are aware of this issue
  • You must give four weeks’ notice if your child wishes to leave a class via email
  • Parents/guardians are invited to watch their children perform when Royal Youth puts on a performance/show
  • The academy does not discriminate on background, race or religion, regularly monitors staff to maintain academy teaching policies and adheres to Health and Safety procedures to ensure that each child dances in a class appropriate to their level of development
  • From time to time it is necessary for the teachers to use physical contact when helping to improve students posture or assist in movements. This includes contact between students i.e. holding hands
  • Uniform can be brought before class, please visit the admin desk
  • Royal Youth remain the right to change the fees but parents/carers will always be notified in advance
  • Royal Youth run throughout the year but are closed on bank holidays and in the Christmas and New Year’s Period.
